Terms of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of services offered by SquishConvert, hereinafter referred to as “the Service”.

The Service offers an online file converter accessible at www.squishconvert.com, with free and paid premium features.

Article 3 - Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in US dollars ($), all taxes included. As a French auto-entrepreneur, VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

Pricing:

• Free plan: 3 conversions per day, documents and images only, max file size 10 MB
• Pro Monthly: $4.99/month — unlimited conversions, all formats, max file size 500 MB
• Pro Yearly: $39.99/year ($3.33/month — save 33%)

Promotional offers may be available from time to time, temporarily modifying the prices listed above. Applicable prices are those displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. Payment is due immediately upon order.

Article 4 - Delivery and Access

Access to premium features is immediate after payment confirmation. No physical delivery is made, as the Service is entirely digital.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer.

By validating your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that the Service begins immediately and waive your right of withdrawal.

However, in case of a technical issue preventing use of the Service, a refund may be granted upon request to contact@dvs-web.fr.

Article 6 - Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are automatically renewed at each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, without prorated refund.

Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the already paid period.

Article 7 - Service Description

The Service includes:

• Free plan: 3 conversions per day, documents and images, max 10 MB per file
• Pro plan: Unlimited conversions, all formats (audio, video, documents, images), max 500 MB per file, AI background removal, OCR text extraction, image compression, PDF password protection, batch conversion with ZIP export

Article 8 - Liability

The seller commits to providing a service conforming to its description. However, they shall not be held liable for:

• The content of files uploaded by the user
• The use made of converted files
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
• Conversion quality variations depending on source file quality

Article 9 - Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 10 - Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

In accordance with Articles L611-1 and R612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The designated mediator is:

Article 11 - Changes to Terms
